What if we already have an events division in our company that deal with organising all events – would you still be able to help?Of course! In fact that’s the best relationship yet. Whilst you spend your time dealing with the important stuff like contacting speakers, sending out invitations and managing RSVPs – we will do the nitty gritty like sourcing a venue, dealing with the banqueting division at the venue, helping with menus, etc. Just use our Option One (No Charge) fee option and together we work with your department to ensure the event is a MAJOR success.
What if I have a small budget?Like we always say – our business is based on relationships! I’m worried if I use an event manager that I will lose control of my event and not know what’s going on?Absolutely not! We work hand-in-hand with your organizing committee/events department to ensure that you are always in the know. We never make a big decision without getting confirmation first and our purpose is to ensure the client is stress-free. To us – you being stress free means feeling comfortable with our services.
We ensure that we send the client weekly updates on progress done so far and nearer the date – we are happy to do daily updates. The better informed you are – the easier our job!
